Happy Thanksgiving. Gratitude does more than simply give thanks on Thanksgiving in November. I have kept a gratitude journal off and on for years. One form of regular gratitude practice, which I have benefited from requires a simple two step process. Write three things in your day that you are grateful for, next write down why each of those three things happened. Register and Vote November 6th, 2018. Paper voter registration applications are available at libraries, DMV offices, U.S. Post Offices, and at the Sonoma County Elections office. Your voter registration must be postmarked or submitted electronically no later than October 22nd. If you are already registered, schedule time to read your ballot, discuss, and VOTE.
