Eco-Friendly Garden Tour - Sunday - May 14, 2017 starts at 10am

This is a delightful way to spend a day - or even part of a day. You are invited into people's front and back yards to experience how they have used native plants to encourage pollinators, compost and mulch to enhance soil, water-wise systems to keep plants healthy while reducing clean water use, turning former lawns into vegetable gardens and more. It's very personal and inspiring in many ways. Some yards are tiny postage stamp gardens while other are expanses of land. And it's just plain fun to wander from home to home and town to town to see what people are doing.

Along the way there are demonstrations, workshops and plant sales if you are inclined. register and enjoy!
