WomenServe believes that every girl has the right to a liberated, educated and empowered life. Our mission is to catalyze conscious global change by helping empower women and girls who learn to thrive in cooperation with their challenging environments.
We work primarily in the Thar Desert of Rajasthan, India to lift the lives, voices, and wisdom of the women and girls who must meet the desert’s challenges and lessons every day. Our efforts include 5 initiatives, all of which are centered around creating the time, space, opportunity, and inspiration for women and girls to transform their lives. The initiatives are simple and cost-effective in design, yet transformative in their impact. For more information visit www.womenserve.org
