The 2019-2020 Cloverdale Sculpture Trail Seeks Artists

By Joyce Mann

“Call for Artists” for the 2019-2020 Cloverdale Sculpture Trail, a year-round outdoor exhibit of sculptures in the Northern Sonoma County community of Cloverdale, is now available.

The coordinators/producers of the Trail are seeking sculptors for the next exhibit beginning April 25th, 2019 through April 30, 2020. Deadline for entries for the 2019-2020 Exhibit is February 27, 2019.

There is no entry fee. Sculptures are placed throughout the downtown area. Each selected sculptor receives $250 towards expenses. A $1,000 “Best of Show”, $250 “Honor Mention” and “Peoples’ Choice” gift basket will be awarded.

The producers of the Trail each year create a quality brochure, a free narrated, self-guided walking tour with the audio by the sculptors, and a video on the on participating sculptors for the opening reception.

Additional information and an entry form with guidelines can be downloaded at www.cloverdalesculpturetrail.org or call the Sculpture Trail phone at 707-894-4929.
