Nov 29- Dec 22 ~ Welcome to the Cirque de Bohème!  Created in Paris during a period called “les Années Folles,” this old style show is based on the French tradition of a 1920’s Circus. Cirque de Bohème transports audiences back in time for an hour of mystery and entertainment. This November and December, Cirque de Bohème will presents their new show called “Yesterday” with an amazing cast of world class performers including: Magician, Rola-Bola Acrobat, Hooper Aerialist, Chain Aerialist, Hand Chair Balancing, Cyr Wheel, Mime, Juggler and more. “Yesterday,” is an exciting, imaginative trip back in time and with a wink from Paris full of poetry, wonder and joy! 1pm, 3pm or 5pm shows at Cornerstone Sonoma, 23667 Highway 121, Sonoma. Dec 6-15 ~ Occidental Community Choir ~ Now in its 41st year, the consistently melodious Occidental Community Choir offers up a winter concert series entitled "Within Us All ". In the spirit of introspection and reflection that the winter season can summon, and featuring the original songs for which the choir is well loved, this concert series promises to deliver sweet and soulful harmonies, uplifting  and funny themes, storytelling and poetry, and expertly rendered accompaniment that will engage and inspire us together in choral community. Cinderella is forbidden to go until all her chores are finished. Things seem very grim for Cinderella until her two small mice friends tell her about — the Christmas Fairy! Dec 13 ~ DANÚ, AN EMERALD ISLE CHRISTMAS ~ The acclaimed Irish ensemble, Danú, celebrates Christmas and the New Year in an all new concert for the holidays – An Emerald Isle Christmas. Celtic music lovers around the globe have been thrilled by Danú’s virtuosic players on fiddle, flutes, button accordion, percussion, and pipes, and the gorgeous voice of Nell Ní Chróinín. Colorful Irish step-dancers add to the festivities. Dec 16 ~ An Appalachian Christmas ~ Grammy-winning composer and fiddler Mark O’Connor has created several arrangements of Christmas classics and fashions a wondrous mixture of both instrumental and vocal music in bluegrass and other American music genres. Concertgoers are treated to fresh takes on traditional songs with a few original compositions included. His renditions are playful and joyous, but can be strikingly earnest too. The touring musicians with Mark O’Connor include his wife Maggie O’Connor, son Forrest O’Connor, and daughter-in-law Kate Lee O’Connor of the newly Grammy-winning Mark O’Connor Band.
