Sonoma County Restaurant Week Coming March 9-15

Restaurants across the County showcase special menus at fixed prices throughout the week

Sonoma County Restaurant Week will be held March 9th -15th and will feature a wide variety of restaurants and culinary options that feature local ingredients at great prices. Participating restaurants are located throughout the County from the heart of Santa Rosa to the bustling squares in Healdsburg, Windsor, and Sonoma, and the waterfront of Petaluma and the Coast.

“Restaurant Week has become a tradition the community looks forward to,” said Sonoma County Board of Supervisors Chair Susan Gorin. “It’s a great reason to get out and try a few new places, and support our local small business community.”

Continuing from last year’s success, this Sixth Annual event will again feature lunch along with dinner specials. Over 40 restaurants will be offering lunch, which will feature a two-course prix-fixe lunch menu for $10, $15 or $20, allowing diners more opportunities to explore restaurants and dining options during the day. The traditional three-course prix-fixe dinner options are still offered for $19, $29 and $39. Both lunch and dinner options feature excellent menus from Sonoma County’s world-class chefs.

Restaurant Week is designed to bolster the economic vitality of Sonoma County. Ben Stone, director of the Sonoma County Economic Development Board, called out the extent of the impact on local business, saying, “Last year’s Sonoma County Restaurant Week brought in over $2.8 million for Sonoma County, and participating restaurants and diners were thrilled with their experience.” The emphasis on farm-fresh food, local wineries, and craft beverages during Restaurant Week ensures that the impact of the event extends to local food suppliers, farmers, wineries, and craft beverage produces in addition to the restaurant industry.

Menus for more than 100 of the participating restaurants, organized by city of interest and price point can be found at with more being added every day. Inquiries regarding Sonoma County Restaurant Week should be directed to: Dominic Wiggam at 707-565-6411 or e-mail
