Visitors can join a docent tour and learn why Luther Burbank was one of the most famous men of his day as they stroll around the paths. Master Gardeners will answer gardening questions. Burbank’s historic cottage will be open where you can see the photographic exhibit of the history of the farm. 

For Kids: Wayne Sanders, The Rope Man, makes rope on a device made in 1901. Kids love to take home a piece of rope they made themselves.

In the Gift Shop: Preserves made from the fruits of the farm, tractor T-shirts, books.  

Perennials and annuals for spring planting, including some Burbank originals. Our nursery is chock full.

New in the Nursery: 

Succulents Galore. More than 15 different varieties: dish gardens, pots, and 6-pak assortments so you can create your own design.

Foxgloves. Plant now in many colors for spring bloom.

Curly Willow trees.

Marigolds to keep your garden blooming through autumn.

Amarcrinum – Naked Lady lily that keeps its leaves during bloom.

Where:  Gold Ridge Farm is located above Burbank Heights and Orchards, just west of downtown Sebastopol on Bodega Ave.  Turn into the Burbank Heights and Orchards senior housing complex at 7777 Bodega Ave. and you’ll find the Farm at the top of the hill.  There is on-site parking as well as Visitor parking at the Heights.
