Farmers Market Season Opens across Sonoma County

Farmers Market Season Opens across Sonoma County

The Forestville Certified Farmers Market will reopen Tuesday, June 2, 4p-7p, and run every Tuesday 4p-7p thereafter. We have dynamic new vendors joining us this year, and our past vendors are returning!!

This year we welcome A Guy and his Grill! Owner Tim Conger, will be grilling up mouthwatering grilled meats, veggies, beans, corn bread and more! We’re also excited to welcome our new bread baker, Eli Colvin, owner of Revolution Bread. Eli will be offering his hand crafted artisan breads made from heritage and ancient grains, and Haverton Hill Creamery will be serving their insanely delicious sheep’s milk ice cream cones!

As always, the market will feature fresh fruits and vegetables brought to market by our local farmers Ortiz Bros in Santa Rosa, Cork’s Farm on site, RLR Vineyards Farm in Forestville, Creek Song Farm in Forestville, and SunRise Ranch in Forestville. The market also features a picnic area, overlooking Russian River Vineyards (RRV) with sunset views, where you can enjoy our fabulous market specialty foods and RRV wines! Our talented local artists will be offering arts, crafts and handcrafted gifts. You can tour the flourishing Russian River Vineyards Farm and while you’re checking out the farm slow down and breathe in the beauty of our fabulous wine country.

The Forestville Farmers Market place is a great venue for the entire family, and we are dog friendly!

Market Hours:  4 p.m. to 7 p.m. ongoing every Tuesday until October 27, 2015
