We will also have many local non-profits and businesses, such as The Dhyana Center, Beekind, Sonoma Compost, Daily Acts sharing their products and services.

Workshop themes include, cheese making, beneficial plants for bees, bee-sting therapy, the Transition Town movement, mushroom cultivation, felting and ayruvedic medicine. In addition, we will have discussions led by California Farm Link, Transition U.S., Peace In Medicine, The Grange and more! We are sure you will gain new skills and insight at Laguna Fest!

Laguna farmers, as well as The Pie Place, The Cosmic Cookie Jar and The Green Grocer will prepare local food and drink.

Laguna Fest is a great opportunity for the local community to come out, enjoy good food, discussion and learn new skills. Sonoma County is home to so many bright and dynamic leaders who use opportunities like Laguna Fest to share their wisdom. This is an opportunity to learn from our community’s DIY experts!

For those unfamiliar with the abbreviation DIY (Do it yourself), it is used to describe a practice of learning and applying skills which support localization, less environmental impact and self-sustainability. Examples include home canning, carpentry, growing food, raising animals, home brewing, weaving and others.  Laguna Fest offers diverse opportunities to hone your DIY skills with friends and family.

In addition to a day teeming with local food and workshops, we always have an abundant clothing SWAP in the herb garden. Bring out your old digs to exchange for some new (old) digs!  Its lots of fun and promotes local recycling!

Tickets are $10-$20 and may be purchased at the door or ahead of time on Lagunafest is located at Laguna Farm CSA 1764 Cooper Rd. Sebastopol.
