Farmstand opening in April 2018, with hours M-F, 3-6:30, through October. Weekend days in conjunction with specific events. The April 28-29 Farm Trails weekend is our first open-farm weekend, where you can explore the half-acre lavender labyrinth, cut your own tulips and daffodils, and observe busy pollinators at work.
Other open-farm days are planned for peak lavender bloom in summer, as well as the fall Farm Trails weekend. Check our website for exact dates as the time draws near. Tulips, daffodils, sweet peas, and ranunculus will be blooming in April and May, and then our summer flower season begins, with more than half an acre of a wide variety of flowers, from sunflowers and veronica to unusual-looking softball-sized alliums and the oddly spiky Eryngium.
On our CCOF-certified organic farm, the focus is on cultivating beauty, creating inviting spaces, and providing habitat for pollinators. In the process, we produce flowers for cut flowers, lavender for oil, sachets, fresh, and dried lavender bundles, and pollinator-friendly trees. All of these flowers help our honey bees produce amazing honey and attract a wide variety of native bees and butterflies. The farm is also a beautiful space for events. We host weddings, retreats, meetings and educational groups. Plan to visit this unusual space and reward your senses with beauty.

Sonoma Valley’s Quarryhill Botanical Garden is home to one of the largest collections of scientifically documented, wild-source Asian plants in North America and Europe, many of which represent ancestors of horticultural favorites found throughout the western world. The 25-acre wild woodland garden has grown into a world-renowned botanical institution, providing other botanical gardens, arboreta, researchers, conservationists, students, and the visiting public with living examples of the beautiful and threatened temperate flora of East Asia. Quarryhill is not only a modern-day ark of rare and beautiful plants, but also a place where education and conservation are at the heart of its mission and run as deep as the tranquil ponds and seasonal waterfalls that surround it. Entering its 31st year, Quarryhill Botanical Garden is one of the most exotic and biologically diverse places in Sonoma Valley. quarryhillbg.org
