Cotati Jazz Festival

Moonlighters Big Band Outdoor Concert

July 12 ~ FREE - The Moonlighters are a Santa Rosa-based 18-piece big band that has been playing your favorite swing-era pieces for 37 years and counting!  Over these years the Moonlighters have amassed a library of music including more than 2,500 Big Band arrangements from the 1930s to the 1980s. This free concert will be held outside, so we advise you to bring a light jacket. The Sonoma Valley Jazz Society produces four FREE Outdoor Concerts every year which are held in the City of Sonoma Plaza, Grinstead Amphitheatre, every second Tuesday, June through September. Presented in association with the Tuesday Night Farmer’s Market, this great family and community event attracts people of all ages who listen to and learn about America‘s true art form, jazz.
