The Forestville Historical Society is engaging in a new project. We are establishing a new website to garner and preserve old photographs and other memorabilia depicting the  history of our community. We are asking that any one who may have photos that would be relevant to this project  submit them on loan to the society for perusal and/or inclusion into the new website.  We are accepting photos up to the year and including 1945. After this part of the project is completed we will consider materials dated after 1945. Those of you who are interested in  contributing to the project may put their materials in an envelope or "shoebox", clearly marked with your name, and  drop them off at the Forestville Water Company office at 7131 Mirabel Road, near the corner of Highway 116 and Mirabel Road. We shall take very good care of the materiels, and when they are scanned for the project will get them safely  back to you.
