The Friendly Visitor is also able to witness potential problems within the client’s home environment, whether that be health deterioration or even elder abuse situations. If the senior is experiencing unusual problems, the volunteer is trained to report back to C.O.A., at which point Case Management or Information & Referral can proceed. http://councilonaging.com/?page_id=78
